recently gave the first concert in a new classical series at Quay Arts on the Isle of Wight.
In 2007, the trio reached the finals of the Tunnell Trust chamber music competition. Following a successful debut on the cruise ship Saga Rose in 2006, the trio is looking forward to further cruises in 2008, when they will be travelling to Australia, Hong Kong and the Canary Islands.
As well as recital work, the trio also performs at weddings and events, including a garden party in the presence of HRH Prince Edward, playing for Marks and Spencers’ 75th anniversary at their flagship store on Oxford Street, and a performance in the unusual setting of Marylebone Station for the launch of a new Chiltern Railways service.
The trio is also keen on education work and has held several children’s workshops and concerts as well as running its own chamber music course for the last two summers. The trio’s repertoire is wide and varied, including music by Mozart and Beethoven, several gems from 20th-century France and a selection of works by less well-known composers.
